One thing that the team at the SPCA have in common, is a love and deep respect for animals and the roles they play in our lives. The organizational structure may vary from branch to branch. Some, such as SPCA Namibia-Windhoek has ±17 employees, others have one or a few employees, whilst other branches are entirely dependent on their branch committees and volunteers to carry out the activities of their SPCA.

The SPCA Namibia-Windhoek Management Committee Members have been elected by the Society's members at our Annual General Meeting. They represent and guide the direction and policies of the SPCA. The Branch Committees and Branch Representatives report to the Management Committee.
